Privacy Policy

Sensus is built by Jordan Lott, RN, through Lott Workforce Systems. This page says plainly what this website collects and what it does not.

What we collect

• Website analytics. Cloudflare Web Analytics measures page views and visits so we can see whether the site is useful. It does not use tracking cookies and does not identify individual visitors.
• Form submissions. If you request a pilot conversation or demo access, the details you provide (name, role, organization, work email, message) are delivered to us by email through our form provider, FormSubmit. We use them only to respond to your request.
• Gated demo access. Demonstration environments are protected by email PIN. Your email address is used only to grant you access.

What we do not collect

No health data, no patient data, no protected health information. All demonstrations run on synthetic data. The pilot capture tool does not collect PHI.

How we use what we collect

To respond to your inquiry, to grant demo access, and to understand how the site performs. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with anyone else.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new effective date.
